La richiesta di accreditamento da parte dei giornalisti dovrà pervenire alla Sala Stampa del Sacro Convento di Assisi inviando una mail ad accrediti@sanfrancesco.org entro mercoledì 18 novembre ore 10 indicando generalità complete (nome, cognome, luogo e data di nascita), lettera del direttore della testata di appartenenza, mansione e contatti telefonici.

Per i giornalisti e gli operatori media accreditati presso la Sala Stampa della Santa Sede sarà sufficiente inviare i dati anagrafici e i contatti telefonici, allegando copia della tessera di accreditamento ordinario in corso di validità (non sarà necessario inviare lettera di richiesta del Direttore responsabile della testata).

Viste le normative anti covid non è prevista la presenza della stampa all’evento. Pertanto, sarà possibile seguire la diretta degli incontri sui canali ufficiali di The Economy of Francesco www.francescoeconomy.org.

Con la richiesta di accredito si avrà la possibilità di ricevere materiale multimediale e i testi relativi all’incontro internazionale. I giornalisti accreditati potranno fare richiesta di intervista ai relatori o ai giovani partecipanti inviando una mail a accrediti@sanfrancesco.org.

La testata giornalistica potrà comunque fare richiesta di partecipare fisicamente agli incontri inviando una email al direttore della struttura informativa, padre Enzo Fortunato, e al responsabile dell’ufficio stampa, Roberto Pacilio, all’indirizzo salastampa@sanfrancesco.org. Sarà comunque l’ufficio comunicazione a valutare la possibilità o meno di presenziare viste le normative anti covid.


PRESS ACCREDITATION METHOD
The request for accreditation by journalists must be sent to the Press Office of the Sacred Convent of Assisi by sending an email to accrediti@sanfrancesco.org by Wednesday November 18 at 10 am, indicating complete personal details (name, surname, place and date of birth), letter from the director of the newspaper to which he/she belongs, duties and telephone contacts. For journalists and media operators already accredited with the Holy See Press Office, it is sufficient to send their personal data and telephone contacts, attaching a copy of their valid ordinary accreditation card (it is not necessary to send a letter of request from the Director responsible for the newspaper).



Given the anti-covid regulations, the presence of the press at the event is not expected. Therefore, it will be possible to follow the live coverage of the meetings on the official channels of The Economy of Francesco www.francescoeconomy.org.



With the accreditation request, you will have the opportunity to receive multimedia material and texts relating to the international meeting. Accredited journalists will be able to request an interview with the speakers or the young participants by sending an email to accrediti@sanfrancesco.org.



The news organization can still apply to participate physically in the meetings by sending an email to the director of information, Father Enzo Fortunato, and to the head of the press office, Roberto Pacilio, at salastampa@sanfrancesco.org. In any case, the Communication Office will evaluate the possibility or not of being physically present given the anti-covid regulations.
